买家购买店铺中任何一款产品前须知
1、因印刷品为订制产品。需要买家与店家仔细沟后确认所需订购产品的规格，大小。数量，能否制作等相关信息，所以买家在购买店铺中任一一款产品前，请询问店家相关购买事宜。由店家给您购买所要拍的链结。切勿擅自拍下与自已所要并不相符的产品链结。否则店家有权关闭不符合交易规则的链结。如未与店家沟通或协商而强行拍下付款的，店主直到与买家沟通协商到符合正常交易的规则方才会制作下单。谢谢合作！
2、交易流程：买家询问制作内容→店家发给链接→拍下宝贝→付款到支付宝→将所需文字资料提供给店家→店家按模版样式制作修改好以后，将成品稿通过截屏的方式传给买家确认→买家确认无误后，店家开始制作印刷→店家发货→买家收到货后确认产品完好→双方评价。
3、在正式印刷前，我们会将印刷的稿件通过截屏的方式给您确认，请您仔细确认我们所发给您的定稿内容无误(尤其是文字方面)！因为印刷品制版后将无法修改，按最终确认的确认稿件印刷出来的成品，属稿件内容错误，本店不承担相应损失责任！客户自来稿件，本处不再做任何处理。直接按自来稿件印刷。
4、 颜色须知:印刷的颜色都来自专业的色谱精密校对，因为个人使用的电脑显示器品牌不同一定会有微小色差，再加上印刷的色彩和屏幕显示更是两个完全不同的色彩概念范畴！采用不同的原理，所以印刷品色彩与屏幕显示色彩会有所不同。本店将严格按照文件中cmyk色值标准印刷，业内色差仅为15％以内为质量合格。（电脑显示器，为rgb色彩模式，是通过电子枪打在屏幕的红、绿、蓝三色发光极上来产生色彩的；印刷品，为cmyk色彩模式，是通过控制青、洋红、黄、黑四色油墨在纸张上的相叠印刷来产生色彩的）请诸位朋友们不要以各自的显示器色彩为准。这个请诸位买家理解，这不属于质量问题！请网购新手参看这条提示！
5、印刷中裁切上会有1mm-2mm的误差，这属于正常现象，而非质量问题。文件制作时请尽量不要在四周做边框效果。如坚持做边框效果的，请尽量将边框做大在3-4mm以上。这样裁切出来的四周边距大小会相对一致些。印刷的成品需要用尺子量或用放大镜看才可以看到的情况图片请不用发给我们看了，请诸位买家理解，这不属于质量问题的范畴！请网购新手参看这条提示！
6、色彩方面的事情，本小店需再次重申一下，请买家购买产品时一定不要以屏幕显示器色彩为准，这个我们已在店铺多处标出，以后不再累述。更加不要以苹果显示器色彩为准。客户自来稿件，我们不做任何修改，只按客户提供的cmyk色彩为准印刷，不以其它印刷厂印出来的色彩为准，也不与其相比较。若对此有疑义，请在购买前询问店家相关事宜。感谢!
7、若收到印刷品后以“与想象的不一样，色彩太深或太淡”“我在电脑上看到的不是这个样子”“以前的印刷厂印出来的是什么什么色”“纸张与以前印的不一样”或“纸张不合买家要求”等等这些非质量理由说事的朋友们，请大家清楚纸张每次出厂都是有差别的，印刷颜色方面每次调油也都是有微小的差别所以请买家在拍之前花时间想清楚再来购买. 谢谢!
8、本店所用快递,江浙沪地区快递今天发明天到。(如因一些不可抗拒的外力因素，致使送件时间推迟或无法送达时，本店不承担相应连带责任和损失赔偿)。因快递当天派送时间不定，请确认收件当天家中有人，手机开机或其它联系方式可以找到本人。如快递送至时家中无人，又无法联系到买家时。快递公司会将件取回，由次日派件。如因家中无人或其它特别原因使件无法当天派送的，本店均不承担相应连带责任和损失赔偿，请诸位买家谨记。(温馨提示：收件时请务必当快递面前拆开检查无误后再签收，如有数量不对或物件损坏请拒绝签收!若由他人或门卫处签收，事先也请做好沟通工作，一经签收，就代表您已经确认货物无误了。此时若有问题再找快递公司索赔，他们也不会认帐的，所以为了保障买卖双方的权益，请各位买家们牢记。)
9、关于退货或补货： 如收到货物后发现有质量问题的，请及时与店家联系，并在收到货物当天或次日上午用快递将货物退回。店主会在收到您的退货消息后，会及时帮您处理相关问题，如在收到货物后2天内货物不退回。则视为买家已收货。不再办理退货或补货工作。
